North Pointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a 60-bed all private room facility. We also have a 15 bed state certified Alzheimer’s unit. We are fully Medicaid and Medicare certified. We also accept Humana and United Health Care Insurance. We specialize in short term rehab with a large therapy gym and offer outpatient services after discharge. We look forward to giving you a personal tour of our facility.

Shelley Hale
Nursing Home Administrator
Shelley Hale is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with over seven years of long-term care experience. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University. After beginning her career in the long-term care industry, she realized the desire she had to work closely with employees, residents and family members. She enjoys getting to know everyone inside the facility.
Shelley is committed to building a team that provides high quality care for the residents in a safe and comfortable environment.
Kim Peoples
Director of Nursing
Kimberly Peoples began her career in healthcare shortly after graduating high school. Her love for people and passion for helping others led her to attend nursing school at Meridian Community College where she graduated in 2014 as a Registered Nurse. After Working PRN at Northpointe in 2017, she took the role as Assistant Director of Nursing shortly after. Kimberly loved her position and the relationships she created with staff, residents, and their families. Her job ethics and energy played a major role to her promotion as Director of Nursing.
Janie Brown
Admissions Coordinator
Janie joined the Trend family in 2020. Her previous marketing experience spans over 15+ years in a variety of industries. Over the past 6 years, she found her passion in healthcare, marketing for Long Term Care in the Assisted Living and Home Health industries respectively. Having been raised in Meridian, Janie has a deep love for her local community and serving seniors and their families.
